KUNG FU & TAI CHI IN AMSTERDAM

Our programs are designed to support personal development step by step. Students build self-confidence, discipline, focus and inner strength, while developing practical self-defence skills in a structured and supportive environment.


Kung Fu Kids

We offer structured classes for ages 4–17, divided into:

Pandas: 4–5 years old
Tigers A: 6–9 years old
Tigers B: 9–13 years old
Juniors: 13–17 years old

Each class is tailored to support age-appropriate development, helping children grow in confidence, focus and discipline. Training also supports coordination, respect, and the ability to stand stronger in challenging situations, becoming more resilient and ‘bully-proof’.

All classes take place in a respectful, safe and welcoming environment.


Kung Fu Adults (18+)

Our adult classes are suitable for all levels, whether you are a complete beginner or have previous experience.

Training focuses on developing strength, endurance and coordination, while sharpening mental focus and discipline. You will also learn practical self-defence in a realistic and structured way.

Beyond the physical aspect, Kung Fu supports stress reduction, emotional balance and a stronger sense of control, helping you perform better in both your personal and professional life.


Tai Chi Adults

Our Tai Chi classes offer a calm and effective way to reduce stress, improve balance and develop greater body awareness.

Through slow, controlled movements and mindful breathing, you learn to release tension, improve posture and cultivate a clear and focused mind.

Tai Chi is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, and is especially valuable for those looking to create more balance, calm and clarity in a busy daily life.
